Quite frankly, what's the problem with an artist pursuing his dream and a business, which thinks it makes sense, to offer it services in support?
After all, the historical record establishes that Woolrich is an aspiring artist. First or second to aspirations in sports is immaterial and therefore, that the artist is a college athlete changes NOTHING.
That the media cites the business owner's reported statement that he provided the service for other reasons, reasons tied to the artist's status as an athlete, IS a problem.
Who's thinking here? Where are adult overseers in all this? Where's the athletic department (more senior than the horde of recent-graduate employees)? Again, who's thinking?
