Yeah, still though, guess they all have to go in this direction sometimes. He still has some other great songs on the album.

TI is soft, just like all these other impersonator, im so gangsta rappers. I am so sick of those rappers that are like oh im a rapper, i'm gangsta, and then they come out with some gay azz song with this. Stick to your roots, people want to hear the real rap, the real gansgter shi$, like Three Six Mafia back in the day.

A. T.I. just went to prison for buying machine guns and silencers...no matter what songs he puts out he is obviously "gangsta". The only valid comeback that you have against that is that it was T.I.P. that got arrested.
B. You CANNOT possibly be citing Three 6 Mafia as real. One of them went to a private school...they hung around real gangstas like Crunchy Black but then he got too ghetto for them so he was asked to leave the group.
C. Yo Gotti is the most "real" rapper out there. He is also probably one of the best.

I agree, Mystic Stylez is really a true "gangsta rap" album.

I still like Three 6, but they have gotten soft recently

that song is ruthless. KILLED shawty lo...if yall know who that is. that's the dude who was claiming that TI wasn't from bankhead and that bowen homes (where he's from) is bankhead. he started a beef because TI didn't ever mention his name. hence the "who mention bankhead didn't acknowledge me" from dunn dunn. then he walked through bowen homes talking about TI is scared to come in bowen because that's were lo is from on youtube videos. that's why tip was sitting in front of the bowen homes sign in the video.

I assume you are citing all those Three 6 albums as a rebuttal but I'm fully aware of all that. There is a big difference between living a hard life and rapping about a hard life. Being from Memphis I believe they just considered themselves survivors of the streets because they are black and from Memphis...

I love me some Three 6 (or used to really before this last album) but I never considered them "real".

I'm satisfied with that. He redeemed himself with that one. I was horse laughing through that video, esp. the verse at 2:52 mark...

project pattah was as real as it could get.

but looking back on the dirty south in the 90s you had to rank three 6's discography right after Dungeon Fam (Outkast), Geto Boys (mainly Face), UGK, and Ball and G
then put in cash money, no limit
