Here we are. Finally. Less than four weeks to go before Team 118 takes the field.

This is the time of year for me that makes it impossible not to be excited! So many unknowns. So many possibilities.

Expectations change year to year, even for teams that are riding high. It isn't always just about wins and losses. Sometimes it is about an injured player making his way back. Or a player who decided to stay for his senior season. Maybe it is a chance to take a new Tennessee fan to their first game. Or to convert one from another team. Maybe you've made new friends over the course of the off season you've already got a Saturday football party planned. There is so much to anticipate and look forward to.

As for Team 118, several posters have done a fantastic job of collecting information about what's happening in practice. Some of the info is really exciting! And some of it puts that dread feeling back up front. We'll get a chance to see for ourselves what's on the field soon. Tennessee football means something a little different to each of us. And we argue and debate and bicker. But it doesn't matter. Because at the end of the day, for nearly all of us, we just love Tennessee Football.
