What ended up being wrong with him? I know he went back in but that still doesnt mean it is not serious. I unknowingly torn my ACL in a football game and with the adrenaline finished the game not even knowing I was seriously injured so since they were checking his knee I was worried about a similar situation

We probably would've heard something by now. I'm sure they checked to make sure after the game. He barely got rolled on.. it was there but not much - luckily Boldin didn't fall too much on his back and into Tyler's leg.

Probably would know more if there was more to know.

On a side note: NICE avatar, matt!

So is this a guaranteed loss tomorrow without Tyler?

That would be the same as saying, "Is this a guaranteed win for Georgia tomorrow without Tyler?", and Georgia doesn't have ANY guaranteed wins.

It increases the difficulty, but we should be alright.

Rest him against UGA, a game we might be able to win w/o him. Let him rest for UK Tuseday night, a game we have NO shot at winning w/o him.

We don't know just how bad his condition is, yet. I hope he is ready for the game, but it would also be interesting to see more Negedu minutes for a game. You're right when you say we might be able to win that one without him. GA is horrible, but let's get him healthy for KY. Here's hoping...

This morning I was listening to "The Sports Executives" podcast from last night. They said he is not playing today. I don't know if they have an official word or anything, but they said out, not doubtful.

He looks good in warm-ups. Mobility seems fine, and no hint of a limp.

Thanks for the update. Will you keep us posted?

Will do. Tyler and Bruce done a lot of talking before the team just went back into the lockerroom, and it appeared to me that Tyler told him he was okay.

That sounds like a good sign. Keeping my fingers crossed, but still wanting to see some significant minutes from Negedu. I bet he could be an animal with enought experience.

One thing you can guarantee about Negedu...is the kid will hustle.

I am worried he may come in too pumped knowing he is going to get more minutes, and may get himself into foul trouble.

He seems to be pretty level-headed to me, though. Sounds like he is grounded and has a good head on his shoulders.
