We went to the Aaron's 499 in 2007 and it's an AWESOME track! Lots of parking and a tough place to get out of after the race. Traffic will back up for over 10 miles after the race. If you haven't been here you need to go.

Here are some of the race tracks we've been to races:
1. Talladega
2. Pocono
3. Dover
4. Charlotte

Tracks we've visited but not seen races:
1. Darlington -going this year
2. Daytona
3. Watkins Glen
4. Phoenix
5. Bristol (actually not toured this track)

I think you will like Darlngton, been there twice, it's my favorite. They have tours at Bristol now. I would like to go to Watkins Glen.

I've been to Darlington, Michigan, Indy, Charlotte, Daytona, old Ashville-Weaverville, and Bristol.

Darlington is great, especially at night. Fairly easy to get out of also.Talladega traffic is some of the worst I've experienced. Everyone has to leave out on Speedway Blvd and onto I-20. It's horrible. Next to Charlotte, it's the worst.

Dega is the only track in the circuit worth paying money to see. But it will be a sea of green and that makes me wanna puke. The good ol days or red and black are over. Good things always come to and end i guess.

If you love Nascar and have never been to Dega though, you have to go at least once.

I have to respecfully disagree, Darlington and Charlotte are also good, particularly Darlington.

Last time i was at dega they were still running 17:1 compression and averaging 204 mph in the lead pack. It was i think the last year they had the june race. It is a awesome track and a great race. Probably the best races of the year.

If the race is anything like the Daytona 500 was, it'll be great. I'm not so sure Charlotte will be worth it this year with the way this car races on the 1.5-mile tracks. Darlington is always entertaining and with the repavement job there, it'll really be interesting to see what happens. I've always loved going to Martinsville. One of the more quaint and serene tracks on the circuit.

I always liked N. Wilkesboro to watch. The facility was 3rd rate.

Talladega is the best racing on the circuit. probably the only NASCAR race i go to more for the racing than the party, and the party is unbelievable.

I live a mile from the track. Will I be at the race? No.
But I will be in the camp grounds selling pizza to all of the drunks. I'll make a good bit of money.

Traffic is a nightmare here. Some people treat the week like it's blizzard coming through. They go out & stock up on food & water so they don't have to leave (not they will be able to) for the next few days.

I think many Bristol residents way overreact to the crowds. There are several restaurants that actually drop off in business because they are off the main drags. But the locals do not go out so they have little trade.

I usually attend the races at Charlotte and Martinsville as these are the closest to where I live, though I want to go to Bristol,Darlington,Richmond,Atlanta, and Talladega as well.
