Did anyone catch the race, man did they think it was Bristol or what. I have never seen um start wrecking that early on a superspeedway. It was very exciting to watch though

After the 1st wreck where he took out half the field I could have killed him...My boy Jr. has just had one of those years where if something happens he's right there in the middle of it....I hope next year is better

I kinda felt for Mark Martin though i have always been a chevy fan i would like to see him win a championship if Gordon and Jr. dont

what is really bad is that johnson blamed it all on jr. and jr. was about 1/2 a car length behind when johnson got into sadler. i hate johnson with a burning passinon.

to be that good of a racer and not know that u cant bump draft in the turns is pathetic. newman did the same thing on the next wreck. then he blamed someone else. just crappy decisions being made by these guys. if they keep it up the talladega race will be changed drastically by NASCAR and they will ruin the best race on the circuit.

gotta be careful guys.

F*** the hendrick cars and anyone associated with them..they got what they deserved today.

GO JR.

Johnson is a crybaby, and so is his butt buddy jeffy. They are both whining about bump drafting, and they do it more than anyone. Jimmy Johnson should be banned from plate racing.

If you see the updates for the pick'em, you'll note that hardly anyone went unscathed. Some of the people picking this week lost three or maybe four drivers by the "second big one!" :banghead: These drivers were out before half the race if not later-Jimmie, Jeff Gordon, Jeff Burton, Elliott, Mark, Dale Jr., Greg. That's why the scores were so low this week. When it comes to Talledega, throw the books out the window and hope you get at least two drivers in the top 15 or better. I was originally going to pick Matt Kenseth and changed my mind and went with the crowd-never again. That's twice this season that's happened to me. The other was New Hampshire when Kurt Busch was out early. A lot of people had him as their top 5 in New Hampshire.

I disagree volsaholic.....Restrictor plate racing is great action, it just tears up a lot of cars....The most boring kind of racing is those 1.5 mile cookie cutter tracks...those races always suck...they should make the whole schedule plate tracks and short tracks
