Actually, if true, that's far better for them. A former player apying for travel is a whole lot less serious than an agent doing so. If the 'AA is satisfied these are the facts, the players will pay the money back and likely receive a short suspension, if they miss any games at all.

Thats all assuming the players/school admit that this was all that happened.

I'm assuming more will come from the Super Bowl party down on South Beach that involves other players as well.

Additionally, I read tonight that both UNC and Carolina are planning on sitting the players tied to this stuff if it isn't resolved before the season commences.

The Darius kid has reciepts where he paid his own way. The hotel that was set up for him he did not use and booked his own hotel. Now I am not sure about what could be involved with im being at a party. I am not sure they can say much about him going to a party if he was paying his own way to get down and his own hotel.

Darius left the party, unfortunately for us. Good for him, tho. What was CMiller's 'mates name? I seem to remember him (in between commitments) saying on FB that UNC's DLine coach (the one in recent news reports) offered him cash to play @ UNC.. Anyone remember this?

Brandon Willis was Miller's teammate at Byrnes HS. It seems like the more that comes out about UNC's DL coach Blake, it makes C Millers statement look more true. I really hope it is.
