My dad converted his F-350 diesel to run on veggie oil. He gets the oil free from a couple of chinese food stores and filters it.

He had some guy build a tank forthe oil that fits in he bed. You run on dieel long enough to warm up the veggie oil and then flip aswitch and it goes to veggie powered.

A total cost around 30 cents a gallon if you figure the supplies needed to clean the oil.

He pulls thier 5th wheel RV. It is insane how fr they can drive without filling up.

Had an uncle in Germany who also had a Veggie Oil car. He liked it. Had it for about five years before getting tired of dealing with the how to get the oil part all of the time. The car was a Volkswagon Golf German Postal delivery car. That one had no power though he said. Between the taking forever to get anywhere and getting the oil to fill up he got tired of it. He also got a tax credit.

He gets the oil free from some chinese restaurants. They have to pay for a company to recycle it, so it works for both of them.

This one has plenty of power, he uses it to pull thier 5th wheel RV, so power is covered.

A quick rundown, the tank in the back has a coil in it that takes water from the radiator to warm it up. Once the oil is at the right temp, he switches it from diesel to oil.

I think the newer ones are more efficient. And almost any diesel can be converted. I was surprised it has worked.

Yea, when I had my first I got a pretty good tax return. Then my second came and it really jumped up!!!!! I get almost double back then what I use to before the babies came.
