I thought you were referring to the progressive income tax since it has no other justification. Not efficient for raising revenue. Does not respect legitimate human rights. Does not even work to make the table level.

I totally agree the progessive tax needs to go but this in my opinion is far worse.

This is the governments way to make strawberries cheaper than cheese doodles.

I've always had a hard time trying to determine why the liberals hate the idea of the FairTax and privatizing social security. I'm come to the conclusion that they hate the idea of individual liberty as well as democracy (on display in WI and IN).

In short, I'm not surprised by this in any way. I am surprised it would be admitted.

Cap-and-Trade is another example. Environment my ***.

what's happened to all that medical care for children that the cigarette tax was supposed to pay for?
