TBA Noise vs. Bama

Wasn’t able to make this one, but was at the UK and Texas games. Crowd for UK was so-so, while Texas was pretty rowdy. Bama game sounded pretty loud on TV, but with the technology the broadcasting companies have, hard to get a true gauge on TV these days.

For those who attended the beauty of a game that was last night’s - how loud was TBA?

It was a great atmosphere for a basketball game. Was very loud with all the crappy calls the refs were making so it was chippy most of the game. Got really loud towards the end whenever the outcome was almost decided. I’m just glad we didn’t rush the court. We don’t need to give them extra attention and we’ve beaten plenty of top 5 teams now so these types of wins have become more expected. Plus, they don’t have the tradition Kentucky does in basketball. May have been different if it were them ranked #1. I’m glad they thought they were a basketball school now because we took that away from them too

The difference with the UK game was the rowdy-intoxicated students like mine were still on winter break. Spring semester had not started for UT.

The guy I am dating said his ears were still ringing hours after the game and that the atmosphere was "electrifying".
