This is based on bracketmatrix.com

TN is most likely a 3 or 4 seed. I don’t believe you can play a same team conference, so I excluded any SEC teams.

Which field of teams would be best for us?!

3 Seed: TN

6 seeds : TCU, Miami, St. Mary’s

11 seeds: Providence , NC St, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Arizona St

12 seeds: UC Santa Barbara, Grand Canyon, Kennesaw St, Princeton
——————————————
4 seed: TN

5 seeds: Duke, San Diego St, Iowa St

12 seeds: College of Charleston, Oral Roberts ,Drake, VCU

13 seeds: Kent st, Iona, Louisiana-Lafayette, Furman

One of the reasons I find basketball tournament projections (bracketology) difficult is that you don't even know who you will be bracketed with, let alone how they will be playing. It's speculation layered over more speculation, and has zero chance of being right. Even when the brackets are established, most are woefully wrong in the first and certainly in the second round. Y'all enjoy, I just never understood the attraction, and am curious why people put time and energy into it.

Because it’s fun?

Speculation is fun. It builds anticipation and it’s a great conversation starter for fans of the sport across the entire season. It’s as simple as that. It’s just fun to guess where things might go.

We really don't need a lot of speculation because honestly I doubt we get out of round 2. And there is a possibility of losing our opening game. Just another typical year, hopes are high then crushed in tournament.
