If I have a top-five pick in the NFL, that’s the guy I want.

Perhaps there was some sarcasm intended? Perhaps he was just giving lip service. I don't know but from what I have seen Tebow will be a project at the qb position in the NFL and his odds of being a solid starter are somewhere around 50/50 I would say. His odds at becoming a Superbowl winning qb would be much less.
