I think it's Tebow Time in Denver. This season has been a wash and we have nothing else to play for but pride. Back when Denver was still mathematically in the playoffs, my belief was to keep Orton in because he gave us the best chance of winning. Now, Orton is beat up and we are out of the playoffs. Time for some mop up duty and to see if Tebow will be the future.
The Tennessee side of my fanhood doesn't want Florida's golden boy to do well, but the Broncos side is begging for some kind of a spark. I'm not expecting a lot out of him right away, but we need ANYTHING that is positive right now. I hope Tebow proves all the haters wrong and he is the one good thing McDaniels left us with.
Pretty good first start for Timmy. He had 138 passing yards and a TD, plus a HUGE run for a TD and 78 total rush yards. I do wish they would have let the reins go on him a little more passing wise. But even Elway couldn't win with this team's atrocious defense.
That was me too. I hated seeing him beat us all the time, but the second I saw him put on a Denver hat on draft day, I gotta admit I was excited. I knew the talent and leadership he could bring to a team that needs all the help it can get.
