Tebow makes the Heisman watch.

I think it is too early for that.

Vastly overhyped? Check. Quarterback? Check. Defending national champions? Check. Blowout win on national TV over formerly great program? Check.

I'd say his chances of winning it are better than Pat White's.

kinda surprising you post this on the Vols board.

Why, it is an open and free forum. I have said nothing disrespectful and I have provided a link for the truthfulness. I just thought it was interesting. GEEZ!

I realize reading may not be your strong suit but there's a forum called "Sports Forum" just a bit down the page. Non-UT items go there.

No charge for the lesson

well tebow hasnt exactly played the best of defenses yet and the fact that he makes the heisman watch is almost offending to McFadden, Bhrom, and Brennan

Brennan SHOULD win... but that's for another argument.

I'm always going to think Tebow sucks... just look at the pick-6 he threw to a freshman db.

The sad thing is that even after playing UT, Tebow still hasn't faced a decent defense.

I think what a lot of people overlooked in that game was that Tebow was shut down in the first part. It took the receivers getting involved to open it up to allow him to run.

Not that I'm a Tebow fan, but I would put that more on the receiver than the qb. He gave up on his route too early.

No way Tebow wins when the ABC/ESPN spin machine will push someone from USC or the big 10, like the year they screwed Peyton Manning out of the award.

That pick-6 was pretty clearly his WR's fault. I don't see how any Vol fan can assert that Tebow sucks. I think that we pretty much have to keep our mouth's shut about that until further notice.

When the Gators lose to LSU and South Carolina, that Heisman talk will all go for naught.

do not speak of the HEIST-man award in reference to the greatest qb of all time :realmad:

Oh dear....you mean that he can't run over a bunch of guys in the box and relies on football strategy to open up his game? It's a good thing he doesn't play for us, then. The poor guy would never make the watch list....

Who has Brohm (and Brennan for that matter, but it doesn't matter who he plays, he'll be in the discussion because of the system he's in) played?

McFadden and Tebow both had Heisman worthy performances last weekend.

I don't care who Brennan plays for or against, he should still deserve it. I wish we had him...
