Tebow was better than anyone expected.

After the launch night, my UF alum buddies thought he had a long ways to go. He's better than Spears but that's not saying much. McElroy is way ahead of the curve and is great IMO, he's already as good if not better than Palmer. His radio experience likely helps in that arena though.
