Tech people...Vols text tone question (iPhone)

Is there a way to take a voice recording and turn it into a ring tone? I see that it used to be fairly simple using iTunes on your Mac, but seems Apple has taken the "tones" tab away, restricting what you can do. TIA.

download the song to your phone just don’t add then you should be good

I used Trey Smith saying "Dem orange britches! Let's Go!" for a while. I forget the site I used, but you can use just about anything as your ring tone.
