Interesting info from govolsxtra on this . . .

UT is 4-5 as an underdog this season, and only 1-5 as a dog on road/neutral. That only win was against Miss St. on the road. This doesn't exactly make me feel more confident against OSU.

Im not gonna worry about it. In those losses, the team looked like they could care less (except Purdue, which we could've won). In this game, the season will be on the line and I don't feel there will a drop in effort.

Completely different set of circumstances. Run a road, neutral site, home game listing of how they have done in games big games. They will be up for this game and ready to play. This team likes the spotlight and seems to be playing more as a team than before. No one attempting to carry this team as in the past all of them seem to be contributing equally.

Team is jelling and we will see how it turns out. It is an intangible that a lot do not consider.

Ohio prepared us more for the OSU game than we may know. I saw a lot of good things happen in that game defensively than I had seen in the past. It prepared us to deal with a 4 Guard offense. It will be interesting to see what we will be facing and countering with on Friday.

I think the team realizes that they are living game to game at this point. Unlike the season where after a loss you still have a lot of games left. I would think that CBP and the seniors, especially, are on this theme. You lose, you go home. As a senior, you're college career is over. I think that is one big in the motivation at this time.

All that means nothing right now. This is another reason why they play the games.
