They are playing in the NIT tournament in Nashville on Monday, November 13th & Tuesday, November 14th. They play Fordham on the 13th at 8pm ET, with Belmont and UNC-Wilmington also playing that night in the second game of a double-header at approximately 10:30pm ET.
With the return to the regional common site format, each team is guaranteed to play two games, which is good for the fans that want to travel to support their team.
If they win on Monday, then they will play the UNC-Wilmington/Belmont winner at approximately 9pm ET on Tuesday night in the regional championship game, with the winner advancing to New York for the tourney's version of the Final-4.
If they lose on Monday, they will play the UNC-Wilmington/Belmont loser at 6pm ET on Tuesday in the regional consolation game.
Baylor, Belmont, Butler, Colorado State, Fordham, Gonzaga, Indiana, Iona, Lafayette, North Carolina, North Carolina-Wilmington, Notre Dame, Rice, Sacred Heart, Tennessee and Winthrop are the teams that make up the entire "NIT Season Tip-Off" tournament field.
