Despite another stellar start by junior Bryan Morgado, the University of Tennessee baseball team (10-8, 0-1) was unable to overcome a pair of runs in the eighth, falling 4-2 to No. 16 South Carolina (14-4, 1-0) in both team's Southeastern Conference opener Friday night at Carolina Stadium in Columbia, S.C. Morgado allowed just two runs on three hits in seven strong innings.
