i just bought this book and man does it have everything in it all the way from the very first UT team to the start of this year. it has a bunch of replica items in it like game programs and tickets i highly suggest picking this one up you can get it at Official Store of University of Tennessee Athletics -
under new items its 49.99 i know kinda high but its well worth it.
GO VOLS!

Basically, they royally screwed with me and my wife about things she ordered for me. She originally ordered about 2k worth of merchandise from them. By mid January, we still had not received everything.

Of the things we received, one was a Virginia Tech backpack. Wait, this is volmall right? I understand you fill out orders for other schools, but hey if it's a volmall order, I expect to get Tennessee merchandise.

After I contacted the BBB, I was finally given my refund, in fact, just a shade more than what I was originally asking.

Still, it took them three months to get everything together. Starting in December, it was almost a daily hassle trying to deal with their customer service representatives and their superiors.

That said, my father in law had no issue with them buying me a ski cap and a personalized jersey last Christmas. Still, I'll never order through them again.

Maybe Vol Freak will add this book to the volnation.com store. Then I will buy it.

Gah, I can't help but continue to think about it now.

I missed out on one of the Peyton autographed footballs. They shipped it to me alright.

Without the cert of authenticity and in a broken box. We mailed it back (at our expense) and then we were told they couldn't replace with the same item.

That was part of the refund.

Friggin volmall.

wow that really sux man.sorry about your luck i dont think i will buy anything else from them dont want to take the chance.
the book is really cool though coffee table stuff.

I was really excited knowing that my wife had bought all of that stuff. I kind of knew the price range and that she had bought my Christmas presents for last year at Volmall (which I had been requesting for years). I just knew it was going to be a Christmas to remember.

I remember it, for the wrong reasons.
