Hold the tiebreaker over Vandy.

Even if UF wins, it actually doesn't matter. We get the bye, and we still avoid UK's side of the bracket.

So for those who hate UK, I figured this would be good news.

i love how espn shows the standings at the end of the game, and puts us below Vandy even though the victory they were broadcasting GUARAN-DAMN-TEES we have finished ahead of them.

Do we want Fla to win now? Then, we'd draw them instead of Vandy in a potential Sat. game. And, a win over the 6 is theoretically worth a tad more than a win over the 7.

Good. Avoiding UK until the finals is the big part. We probably need to win two more and make the championship game to get in. I'd rather not be in a position to have to beat UK unless it was for the title.

Id much rather play Candy in a rubber match then a pissed of FL we smoked twice.

I'd rather play Florida all day every day - although Vandy might not shoot well as a lot of 3pt teams struggle - depending on the gym - in the SECT.

Both are lethal 3-pt teams though... we have the advantage in the front court over both.. but the backcourt advantage isn't quite as big against UF as it is for Vandy.

Tennessee will either play Friday night at 7:30 or Friday night at 10:00 in New Orleans.

much better season than anyone would have thought back in October. Rather play UF. Celebratory deli: Roast Beef and Smoked Cheddar on white w/ mustard and extra pickle. Bag of BBQ chips and a Stella Artois..GBO

fair point to ponder...a UF win puts them at 2 and us 3, however the much more likely UK win drops UF down to 4

Not me. We manhandled the "gators" twice. Unless they go 10-15 from three land, we manhandle them again. Vandy curbstomped us once this year, and we barely beat them once. Florida just doesn't match up well with us. Florida all the way IMO.

Not to mention UF's been struggling since they've lost...i can't remember the player's name but someone big to their team's performance got injured
