USC still has 3 very losable games. I’d still love to see TCU drop one too just to be safe

USC has UCLA and ND..........plus the Pac12 CG. They could really bolster their resume.

Hate to say it , but.......Go Irish!

If I were forced to bet I would definitely put money on them losing at least one to UCLA, ND and/or Oregon

Utah lost to Florida (6-4). Would an SEC team with a loss to say… Washington State (6-4) not be chastised?
I agree, but the "committee" looks at Utah being ranked #10. That hurts UT.
Still have a feeling things are going to work out. Patience..................

And USC is the only team with a pulse they have defeated. Lost to a “bad Florida team and UCLA. Everything else is very pedestrian.
I get it but the loss doesn't look so bad when you see the rankings. I don't trust the committee to dig that deep honestly

COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF (FIESTA BOWL)

Projection: No. 2 Ohio State vs. No. 3 Tennessee
Please football gods, let us have this matchup in the playoff between the nation's two most explosive offenses. Imagine the number of fireworks in this showdown between the Buckeyes and Volunteers, who are each led by Heisman candidates quarterbacks and several top-end wide receivers. Ohio State locks in the No. 2 seed if it wins out while Tennessee could slide into the No. 3 seed if the selection committee wants to avoid a semifinal rematch between the Vols and Georgia and TCU loses a game over its final two games and the Big 12 finale.

But that's exactly what the committee is supposed to do, a thorough analysis looking at everything to come up with their rankings.
