Fifteenth-ranked Coastal Carolina used two home runs and solid pitching from starter Andrew Fleet to hand the Tennessee baseball team a 5-2 loss at Robert M. Lindsay Field at Lindsey Nelson Stadium on Tuesday afternoon.

Wow, Hammy has made some really great coaching hires....but I"m not sure if Raleigh is one of them, or a total bust........so far, the baseball team BLOWZZZZ.....guess Delmonico left him with a bunch of JACKED UP playa's.......:bad:

Delmonico was losing a lot of recruiting battles. He left the program in a position where we can't even get the best players in the state. The only reason he lasted so long was that every time it was brought up for him to go, the team makes it to a CWS (then they were awful again).

This team has a lot of work to do. Already 1-2 in the SEC and those losses were to one of the worst teams in the conference. On the bright side, they have been competitive against good teams like Coastal Carolina and Louisville, and when they were down against Auburn, they came close to coming back. However, close is still a loss.
