Tennessee new #1 in the SEC...

I still am in shock with the effectiveness of the run game this weekend. LSU had a massive Dline and UT has tiny running backs. I was thinking a lot of 3 and outs would ensue. If they can run against Bama the same thing will happen.

I personally think the coaching staff saw a weakness in LSU that they exploited. It was kind of an odd move for our offense but was very successful.

I have to admit I have not been a fan of our OL this year but the LSU game brought me a change of heart. Interesting to see if we can keep it up against Bama.

This staff does it every week. Probably not talked about enough. They find weaknesses and ways to exploit them.

LSU fans were whining about losing their starting LT. But the game plan didn't change after that news was released. UT saw some things talent and scheme wise that they thought they could hurt LSU with... and did. The pass rush and sacks changed the nature of the game a lot.

CJH is becoming a master of this. Taking defenses and picking them apart. Along with developing QBs it’s a welcome change at Tennessee.

Umm, we lost our starting left tackle. Didn't stop us much.
