I think UT will have a 1,000 yard rusher. I think the running game will be improved in 2014:rock:

I don't know everything about football, but I do know that you need a good offensive line for a running back on your team to eclipse 1,000 yards in a season. On that fact alone your honor, I must decline the offer of a positive vote on this referendum

I think Lane and Hurd will combine for over 1,000, but it will be more of a tandem than last year. That's my only reason I said no. Not one person, but 2 combined.

I would be really pleased if Lane gets to 1000 and Hurd is 500-600, with the bulk of his carries in short yardage situations and goal line. I think they will be a great tandem Lane has the shiftiness and Hurd will run you over.

I think one of our backs will go over 1K simple because of our improved WR's and TE's will help spread out defense's and keep 8 outta the box.

I think our overall rushing numbers will be similar to lay year's (maybe slightly decreased since our passing game will be more dependable) but I'm not sure we'll have a thousand yard rusher. Lane is a productive back, but he seems to get dinged up a lot and Hurd is still just a youngin.

It wouldn't surprise me if they both end up in the 600-800 yd range and a third back (Devrin or Scott) pick up a couple hundred as well.
