Apparently part of the plan in Knoxville is also to add a light rail system. However, if this comes to a referendum, I can almost guarantee you that while the people of Knoxville complain about gas prices they will vote against the capital needed for the rail system.
That does look really nice. That first shot is right across from Calhoun's on the River, next to Baptist Hospital. That'd be a great place to have a picnic before a night game.
