Sad but true, with the recent arrests of players at UGA and USC, Tennessee has fallen to third in the Eastern Division.

True, the three teams have equal records (11) but UGA and USC lead in the tie-breaker with more recency in arrests (UGA - last 12 months; USC - last 4 months).

Pundits thought UT and UGA would battle for SEC supremacy. While many thought Spurrier would make an impact, none predicted his team would rise to the top so quickly.

It appears that Fulmer has been out "uncoached" by two of his biggest rivals. Both coaches continue to frustrate Fulmer.

The only positive news is that once again, the SEC East has proven to have an edge on the SEC West.

:p

yeah heard rumors of those 3 joining the US prison conference (only way they would have enough eligible players to field a team!)

I think you're right about that U-T. UGA has had a couple of recent arrests, but not 11.

And to be frank, citations are not always that bad.

I know of one incident involving one of the UGA players where his damn music was too loud or something.

Those don't look to be of any less consequence than what our guys have been doing. I just hate that our players have been fostering the image of being thugs.

Well, I stand corrected.

Though Thomas and Kelso did things I really dont consider to be that bad.

There are a lot of things that are illegal that seem to be common events.

Spurrier is determined that the gamecocks will not finish 2nd behind UT in anything while he's there. Expect more USC arrests.

h/o in whose opinion is this 3rd place being talked about???

The post was a joke. I made it up this morning. Just thought it was funny that Richt and Spurrier found another way to "best" Fulmer.
