Five Lady Vols scored in double figures to lead UT past Dayton and into the Sweet 16.

Anyone else notice that it was blacked out? I was extremely annoyed. I could care less to watch LSU or UK play.

Total domination is all i have to say. The Lady Vols were on a whole other level than Dayton. Btw you could have seen it on espn360.

If they're going to play tournament games at TBA and let the Lady Vols play there, they might as well just give them two walkovers. I know it works both ways, like the times the LVs had to play road games at Iowa and Virginia in a regional final, but no team should get to play NCAA games on its home court.

Money is the big issue - i.e. the NCAA and the host institutions would lose so much money if nobody was allowed to host.

With that said, I would rather they gave hosting rights to higher seeds (i.e. seeds 1-4 would host 1st/2nd rounds) as a reward for a solid season.

I also like teams being allowed to host because it actually presents an atmosphere for TV purposes. Otherwise, it's dead in the arena (and empty) and that does not promote women's basketball to whoever is watching on ESPN at all. Of course, that's the case with some men's games, and it doesn't seem to hurt that tournament (Michigan State's first round game in Spokane had so many empty seats at the beginning of the game, it was embarrassing).
