Tennessee V.S. Florida = Our 300?

Did anyone see the final trial on college football final? I was suprised that may was saying good things about UT since he had been talkin trash all day. He said this was a good moral victory, and compared the game to the 300 spartans. Went toe to toe with the persians which will unite the volnation. Thought it was a pretty cool refrence. Lou (of course) argued against it. May also said "wait till next year, I gaurantee a tennessee victory".

On another note, does anyone else get the impression that ESPN commentators are about like watching the WWF? During the day, Holtz was all TN and May was the lookout for the beatdown clown. Then total reversal at night. It's a good way to fire up every fan base and get every one to tune in just to see what
stupidity falls out of their mouth next. :blink:
