IF Milton can keep from overthrowing wide open receivers then we will win. If he goes mental then we will lose by 14. He has to hit the downfield bomb when it is open.

Man stop hating on the guy. He’s improved vastly since the Open Date. Bama was one of the best games he’s played since being here, and that L was not on him. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s the reason we win Saturday. He’s due for a game where he can be the hero.

I seem to be one of the few who is actually concerned about this game
I'm very concerned. I live 90 miles from Como and if it weren't rifle season opener I would likely have gone to the game.

That said, MO is a legit top 10-15 team. They're really good and I think it'll be a really tough road challenge for the Vols to win. Especially if Burden is near 100 percent.

I think they can do it, but I think it'll be less than a touchdown difference. Tough, tough game.

If traveling through St. Louis, do yourself a favor and get a bag of Lions Choice roast beef sandwiches.

This game is going to be determined by our secondary.

There is a very good chance at a loss if our secondary does not maintain the
progress of the first 5 or 6 games. If the db's continue to play with their back
to the qb, we lose. We have to stay on the receivers and quit giving them an 8-10 yd cushion.
I know, I'm sounding like a monday morning couch potatoe but I just don't
have confidence in Martinez and we are about to go against 2 very capable passing qb's in next 2 games.

34-31 either team

We're definitely going to give them cushion, that's the "soft zone" we run. That isn't going to change.

The idea is that the zone gets smaller and smaller as they get down the field, and we also rarely give up the big play. It has its pro's and con's.

But I hate it.

I’m concerned about the middle of the field in this game as well. We really need to have solid play in coverage by the linebackers .

Isn’t that called “third and Martinez?”
