There is still a little work to do but I would be surprised if the Gators don't land at least three more five star prospects before all is said and done.

I am telling you guys, don't give up on Elam....not going to say more than that, but this one is not over.

I am hoping they name a linebacker coach in the next day or so. If they do, I can see Jordan Hicks meeting the guy and making his decision.

I still feel really good about Powell and he will announce at the Army game as he has wanted to do it on television all this time. I feel better about Floyd today than I did a few days ago, and I felt good about him then.

need another linebacker to go along with Hicks (if he indeed comes).

need at least two more receivers....hmmmmmm.

need another OL, but I have no clue who that one will be. I expect Tennessee to get shaken up here again on the recruiting trail and Chaz green will have even more to think about, but he seems dead set on going there anyway.

an email to my buddy from the mod on gatorbait. I told him to ask the guy what that meant, but he hasnt received a reply.

Are you hint around the idea that we might get Floyd, Hicks and Elam? Or is it just me?

Its from a gator so he's probably implying we will get in trouble or lose a big recruit that is already committed...Sounds like wishful thinking to me.

I think it's just you (LOL) and the "shaken up" comment sounds like we lose some more commits. IMO

I think the Gators are in more some of their own shake ups ahead. Both in the recruiting world and staff wise.

Lose some more commits or meaning there is something else brewing that will have our commits looking other places..

I think Taylor ends up at ND.

Delvin Jones and Ralph Williams take an official visit together to Ole Miss on 1/22. Doesn't look good.

It will be a wild ride this month!

Taylor is a vol. I have heard him mutiple times talk about how much he loved monte kiffin and lance thompson.

I hope so, but he is also going to garner a lot more attention since this past weekend. Tai-ler Jones was his roommate at the UA game and seemed to make an impression him. I just hope Monte and Lance keep close contact through NSD.

Can someone please explain what is the real draw to ND for Taylor if they really believe he is going to change his mind this close to signing day.

The same ol', same ol'...tradition and prestige. I am sure that is their biggest recruiting tool.

Taylor has been quoted as saying that academics is a big part of the school he will end up at. He is an honor roll student with 1300+ SAT. Academics prestige is a little higher at ND than UT. This may be the deciding factor when it comes down to a final decision.

Look, UF has a lot more to worry about than us. They have a coach that says his family is the most important thing in his life...then in the same breath says his team is the most important thing in his life...then he quits....then...wait for it…..he doesn’t...then he takes a leave of absence. So, a coach on a leave of absence keeps recruiting like he is still at work....don’t you think the ncaa might get a bit uneasy....

How many thugs is he recruiting...recent pics somewhere...he is saying he will be back in Aug. but his wife has said he is done and not coming back.....they are about 5 coaches short…why is that? Why did so many leave? Things are about to get shaken up in Florida land me thinks….

now to all gator trolls......:shaking2:
