be a serious tournament threat until this group of players is flushed through the system. This team has a terrible combination of personel and is extremely overrated. Hopefully the highly regarded players in the next two recruiting classes will have more basketball intelligence and skill than the current ones.

it's all the players faults and never the coach. Players suck!!!! Yay Bruce!!!!

Yep, it's pretty sad when you're down 13 to a team as horrible as USC. Getting outrebounded 24-7... simply atrocious.

Maybe, if, well you know, we ran these things called plays and an offense, we'd be good. But, eh.

This is the first game I have been able to watch this season and I must say I'm not impressed. Why do we settle for the 3 on every possesion? We don't look like number 9 that's for dang sure.

Tyler Smith should've gone pro... he's done nothing positive for this team all season.

This will happen everytime they play a team that can play defense and play smart. Which is something this team is not. They may comeback and win but I doubt it but they suck. Just look at the look on their faces they could careless and are lazy as all get out. I've praised Bruce since he came to TN but he seems the same way. I'll still pull for them but they're getting harder to watch game by game. 9th ranked ROFLMAO!!!!!!!

I have blindly supported Bruce through 4 years thinking that he just needs his players to fit his system to get this thing turned around and achieve tournament success. I'm really starting to notice his coaching deficiencies over the last two years. While our half court D is getting a little better, I am still amazed at the ineptitude on the offensive side. It's truly amazing that we don't try to use our front court and get the ball in to our real play makers: Wayne and Tyler. It's nice to know that our coach gives JP the green light to shoot early in the shot clock and it's nice to know Wayne just hovers around the perimeter.

I understand Tyler is trying to become a more team oriented player, but he is really hurting this team by not taking things in to his own hands sometimes.

I am not saying that CBP is the best coach in America, but whoever holds that title would have a hard time winning at a high level with these players. CBP is responsible for assembling this team, but I think sometimes players just don't pan out, and most of these guys were never as good as their recruiting status suggested. Do you think John Wall is as good as he is because CJC has coached him up? He is just a great basketball player. Tennessee doesn't have any of those. Maybe we will with the three guys coming in next year.

Pearl's had plenty of time to recruit. No more excuses...

The problem won't be fixed until Pearl actually holds the players accountable for their performance.

We play like this the rest of the season and that "little group" will quickly grow.

I just love how you capitalized "him" in reference to Pearl. Fitting that you think he's God. Just like the rest of the Pearlophiles.

This is Pearl's fifth year... no more excuses. We shouldn't be getting blown out by mediocre teams.

Continue the Pearl love while I crack a beer and watch us lose another tournament game.
