Now it's a matter of it being Matt Flynn or Tavarius Jackson throwing him the ball.

He hasn't been a cancer in his past 2 nfl stops. I think a lot of the stuff with the cowboys was overblown by espn. Just like tebow/linsanity the grab something and run with it.

For the Cowboys, I seem to recall TO complaining about not getting touches (a lot), and IIRC, TO was leading the league in drops and # of times targeted.

Way past his prime IMO

He ran a 4.45 two days ago and at 38 is in better condition than most players in the league.

He's a first ballot HOF'er and is very capable of a 60+ catch season. I wouldnt write him off just yet.

Saying he is way past his prime is 100% correct. Can he contribute this year? Maybe, but he is no where close to his prime right now. He can run 4.45s all day for a tryout, but lets see how he does when it is week 8 and his age starts kicking his arse. Unless he is tremendously hungry.....might be with all the back child support he owes....I dont know if he has the will to be great for a season. JMO

Well he can still run, and he can still get open, but that does you no good when you cant catch the friggin ball.

Hawks dropped him today.
