So, was MikeHamiltonFan really Mike Hamilton?

Texas A&M’s chief financial officer Jeff Toole admitted on Tuesday to posting under an alias on TexasAgs.com and criticizing the university’s president. Toole, who also serves as senior associate athletic director, admitted to calling A&M President R. Bowen Loftin a “putz” and a “hopelessly underqualified puppet”, after Toole was called out by another poster on the board.

“I was posting what I thought was an anonymous opinion,” Toole said.

He was exposed when a fellow poster named “iPanic” dug up an old post from Toole where he talked about his position as CFO.

“That slipped my mind,” Toole said when asked why he thought he was posting anonymously when he had previously identified himself.

Toole will likely lose his $200,000/yr job over this message board incident, but he’ll leave behind an “anonymous” comment for all to love: “I don’t give a crap if the idiot does the dougie or the bernie or not. Be a frigging President or clear out.”

$200k/year down the drain. I imagine dinner tonight will be pretty awkward.

He should probably top it off by getting hammered at the Christmas party and calling him a douche nozzle on the microphone right before a karaoke song comes on...

At some point, he'll also have to make aggressive passes at the President's wife.

Pretty funny. Had not posted on here since August...

Numbers and writing take more time for some than for others...

I am not the CFO at UT, but it sure would be awesome to have a 200k job where you could surf message boards at work.

I have found that almost everywhere I have gone, people hate and whine about their boss. It is fairly universal. It is also almost always some mixture of jealousy and rebelliousness. The crown weighs heavy and people who take shots at those who have better jobs than they could ever dream of beclown themselves.

People who are almost certainly not idiots by virtue of their jobs:
Any SEC coach
The President of the United States
An AD at a BCS school.

You can be a complete moron and be a great athlete, or an utter fool and be famous in Hollywood, but you do not get the jobs above without knowing more about lots of things and being better at many things than almost all of the people who will criticize you.

Please, it's about knowing people, not about being intelligent, or even knowing how to perform your job. SEC coaches are not all as bright as you make them out to be. Sure, they're not stupid, but let's not pretend they're Mensa level either.
