No score in the first, but the refs just called a fumble down and I have no idea what that ref was seeing. He said the runner was down and he wasn't anywhere close to being down.

Yeah he missed that call badly. I don't have a clue why he ruled him down. The ball was clearly out right after the hit.

Syracuse just did a fake field goal at the 25 and it was stopped. Minnesota needs to get a drive going right here.

Syracuse's offense is moving the ball. They should get points on the board on this drive.

Anybody else notice the "Brick by Brick"motto on the back of Minnesota's helmets?

The Minnesota offense was gaining some life on their last drive, with the help of a costly penalty by syracuse's defense.

Syracuse defense eventually forced a fourth down and minnesota's punter kicks a chip shot inside the ten.

All I see is an American flag on the left side of the back of the helmets. I can't make out what's on the right side yet.

Minnesota has good defensive special teams. They almost blocked a punt right there and have had good punt coverage tonight.

I don't know. I'll try to find out. Maybe we will get some gopher fans trolling in here that can tell us.

I don't think they've won 9 games since 2003 and before that, 1905. Did I hear that correctly?

It's amazing how the pressure affects players, if it did tonight. Why do they even care about 1905?
