Moving on to some bad news for the program as a whole. The word we received is that an influential newspaper will be breaking a story that we’ve been sitting on since back in October. Of course we’ve given you snippets and hinted at the Gloria Allred v. Cleve Bryant fiasco, but it runs a lot deeper and has done more damage to the program than we’ve let on. To give you taste of what’s about to hit, we’ve heard over the last few months that players have been interviewed and surveyed by lawyer types all season and it’s been a distraction. Questions about illegal inducements, escorts, harassment of coeds, etc. have been pointed to players all season in some shape or form by legal eagles, and the effect on the team is obvious.

We haven’t heard that any players have been dragged into the ongoing mess other than initial interviews, but the administration is a different story. And the investigation nor airing of dirty laundry isn’t done by a longshot. It’s not fair to the vast majority of the program because in reality we heard it was just a couple of guys who made really poor decisions. But it could end up being a black stain on a program that’s already sucking wind and licking its wounds from 5-7.

Man I would love this. My boss is a HUGE UTjr fan and he gave me so much sh!+ the past couple of years. I have been quiet for a while cuz he's been going thru some personal stuff but its about time to give him a ribbing or two about the state of the other UT foortball.

They gave us those statues though, all past sins should be erased just based on that.

IDK, head coach at Florida is an easy sell. I don't think many, if not any, coaches would remain a coordinator over being head coach at one of the presently top programs in the country. But if something is about to go down at Texass, then I don't blame him.

Funny how Hornsfans and Shaggybevo don't have a single thread about this, considering it's going get "real bad in Austin".

They don't seem concerned.
