I wonder what the average cost is to recruit a five star player
Nine recruits, including Manning, received first-class treatment throughout their 48 hours in Austin, all paid for out of the school’s substantial recruiting budget.

According to receipts and expense invoices obtained by The Athletic via open records requests, Texas spent nearly $280,000 for the mid-June weekend.

That was for ten recruits and I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Texas spent a helluva lot more than that recruiting Arch when it was all said and done.

Arch was always going to be a weird case in the new NIL world anyway. Don't think he really gives a crap about NIL potential at x school vs y school. The Mannings are always gonna have their eyes on that NFL money and how quickly they can get those checks rolling in.

Manning’s don’t need a Spire or any outside firm. They got their own. Soon other top100 players will be smart enough and have contacts to contract their own firm outside of any school.
