They gonna suck. I don't know how you conduct spring practice for an Air Raid offense without a QB.

They fired a highly successful coach for no reason. Mike Leach would smoke Klinsbury. I was going to say with even talent, but I'm not sure he'd need that. WSU gave some big team all they wanted this year with a roster that rivals Vanderbilt's at best.

Now, their "young hotshot coach" is failing after getting a job as the man who ran an offense anchored by Johnny Manziel ....of course it worked

The main reason listed in the quoted article is that stadium renovations are underway. That was then followed by:

Now, I realize that they might have had the option to do this at another time, and that this was done to distract from the QB-playing-baseball bit, but you really should have mentioned that, don't you think?

Although it's always more fun to mock opponents, I know. :)

Well there are five high school stadiums in Lubbock that will sit idle this spring...not like they didn't have choices.

Football Stadiums of Texas

TCU is using a Ft Worth ISD arena for their basketball programs this season while Daniel-Meyer Coliseum undergoes renovations.

The show must go on...or not.

Hell, even 10,000 Wolfforth ISD stadium just outside Lubbock is a better option than no game at all.
