He is probably a great X's and O's guy that just can't relate with people. I would take him as a QB coach or something and let him help the OC. I know his daughter can only live in cities with a certain hospital due to her health.

Eh, he's starting to build a pretty bad record as far as the state he's leaving programs in.
Look at Kansas. Here was the student section 20 min before their game against a then #16 Oklahoma State:
