For finally living up to your potential and playing with the aggressiveness and tenacity that it takes to be a GREAT player. These last two games have shown everyone that he is unstoppable when he plays hard all game.

I'm just sorry he and Tobias had no help tonight, it's a shame really. Our main weakness right now is defensively on the block, and until we fix it teams are going to have their way with us down low.

Williams has been extremely weak down low and doesn't have the aggressiveness he had at the start of the season. Without him, we are a relatively small team.

Agree also ... seems like a light clicked on upstairs ... the only problem is others on the team don't want to be showed up and tries to make shots they know the percentages just are not there.

I agree also. I hadn't seen a but a few glimpses of his potential before he hurt his ankle, and if he continues along this path, I am convinced he will be playing professional ball next year. I never saw it until now either, but he's finally playing aggressive and mean, and when he does there aren't many players out there as athletic as he is who can keep up with him.

I wish the rest of the team was on par with him, but I'm proud to see him playing so well. He's a good kid.

If he played like this all year we would be discussing his draft prospects. If he keeps it up and we make an average run in the tourney (and he produces) we will be discussing it anyway. Especially if the hammer comes on pearl

So does Pearl get credit for player development now? Probably not because Scotty is just living up to his hype, right?

Please, who else has gotten better since their arrival at UT?? I would argue as well Scotty has not progressed either, rather he just corrected a mental problem that was holding him back. He's had this talent all along.

Scotty has definitely progressed. He is a much better 3 point shooter and foul shooter than when he got here, not to mention he has really learned how to drive to the basket and attack. He still really struggles with ball handling at times, but I think that has a lot to do with his confidence as the past couple of weeks have shown.

I was being sarcastic, but I knew someone would chime in. I hate the development argument, but just think it's funny that many blame BP for scotty's struggles, but now he's doing well it has nothing to do with BP. I agree that it's mental for Scotty, but it is for everybody on the floor, ask Cam.

He overachieved his first two years here, so I would say he improved all of those players.
