If any group of young men know what adversity is, it's these seniors.

They gave their all for Tennessee and that's all we can ask of. Their grit and toughness as people are unparalleled and they truly have set the foundation.

Like them or not, credit goes to these group of guys who fought it out through arguably the toughest times in this proud program's history.

Thank You Seniors, VFL

First of all, I love your name.

And agreed. A lot of these players endured way to much crap and could have left multiple times. Hopefully some of the young players can do the same.

Agreed!
I appreciate the blood, sweat, and tears over the past four years. Wish we could have ended on a better note, but know that Tennessee is on the rise with your help,
Thank you and may all of us here wish you the best in your careers.

Thank you for reminding me that no matter what, we're still not Kentucky....:good!:

I don't want to get on a pedestal, but let's all remember that most of these kids are getting a free education to play a game. I appreciate there contributions, but let's keep things in perspective.

Same seniors that admitted to to checking off work out cards and not really working out? Same seniors who would wanted to end their careers in gray instead of orange? Those seniors?

I think we are all truly thankful for these young men enduring the last 4-5 years under subpar coaching staffs. But with all due respect, I will not miss the lack of leadership from this class either. At some point you have to stop pointing fingers and stand up to be held accountable.

An offensive line loaded with seniors and experience should be dominant. This one is not, has not been and never will be. Slow, soft and a lack of aggressive play is how I would characterize this offensive line. It's unfortunate but a reality. I would take a long hard look if I was an NFL scout before I recommended drafting any one of them. This team has zero players that play with the nastiness needed to compete at this level.

I hope we are all pleasantly surprised with an improved level of play next fall. But until they get some really nasty young men with a huge mean streak, I don't see things changing much. I truly didn't expect to see this team be more than a 6-4 team. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.
