Just want to give a shout out of respect to our 13 seniors and their families playing their last game for the Orange and White! Hate to sound cliche, but it does actually seem like some of these guys just got here yesterday...

Marsalis Teague
Dallas Thomas
Prentiss Waggner
Corey Alexander
Carson Anderson
Ben Bartholomew
Willie Bohannon
Steven Fowlkes
Darin Gooch
Herman Lathers
Mychal Rivera
Zach Rogers
Rod Wilkes* (on paper he graduates, but he technically never looses eligibility)

Go Vols-- do it for these guys today

I wish the best for those guys--it's been a hard season for them--and a hard 4 years! Hopefully they go out on top! GBO!

Been a long time since we had 13 to thank. These guys have been through a lot. They deserve a proper send off

Good post! That group has been through a lot of hard times.


I am starting to think that Rod Wilkes may not quite live up to the hype that the Smyrna guy prognosticated.....

I really appreciate these guys too.. they have been through a lot. The 2 players in bold are the ones I think we will see on sundays, if the patriots would draft Z. Rogers I believe he would succeed too.

Agree-- I think Zach may get a couple of looks and might surprise some folks on where he ends up...

Yea if anyone has shut me up it's him. I used to think he was terrible but now he's one of our most reliable wrs. I wish Rivera would have gotten more balls thrown his way. I hate to see him streaking down the middle wide open on every play that Bray is only looking at Patterson and Hunter.

I have no doubt Belicheck would go after him. I wouldn't be suprised if he went after Rivera also because Hernandez seems like he is always injured.

As much as these young men have gone through they are truly what it means to be a Vol. I hopeeach and everyone of them sees the field today and has a stellar day. I thank you seniors for being Vols.

I heard a great idea on the radio last week. To honor all 13 seniors and former coach Dooley, we put all 13 seniors on the field for one play and take the penalty! GO VOLS

Teague will make you forget about Ronnie Lott & Eric Reed. Jack Daniels and Corn Flakes... a toast to Larry Hagman. RIP

No seriously, every now and then someone will be incredible as a walk on or late rounder. Look at Foster and the Texans. Too bad he wasn't that good at UT. Bill Bates nice walk on for Cowboys. Zach and Bartholomew have a shot. But Herman is beat up, he gave it all for TN.

This class will be remembered as one that stuck through the darkest of times at UT, and came out the better for it.

Thanks to all the seniors who stuck it out through some very rough times. Good luck to them in the game and in the rest of life. Some of them this is the last game they will ever play.

Went from not really liking Rogers, to carrying his banner for him. Great respect for the way Z-Ro, my hero, played this year.

How can you say he wasn't good at UT when he is the #2 all time leading rusher for the school?
