So here it is. This is it. 99% of what next years team will look like.

So the 99 Man Roster is about 57% underclassmen, which is not as bad as I feared. I thought it was going to be upward of 65%. These young guys are going to have quite a few upperclassmen to go up against in practice. Steel sharpens steel.

It doesn't have all the guys that signed Wednesday yet. I do think most of our starters are on this list, but at DE some true freshmen are gonna get a lot of snaps. We're really thin there, I expect Vereen and J. Williams to start but behind them there's not much.

So with the 20+ added in the fall we will finally be back with a solid 120+ man roster

We're going to see all 4 QB's get significant snaps in the OW game

The Spring roster naturally doesn't have the incoming Freshman listed (18). And this will change the percentages regarding number of underclassman.

Major youth on both lines. Sure hope some of those current redshirts like Carr, Miller, Sanders, etc. pan out. Otherwise, this could be another rouch year.

I think the success of 14 will depend on the Jucos, redshirts and guys like Michael Williams, Pickett, Vickers, Lewis, Magitt, King and R. Jones.

same here.and i thought he put on more weight since he plays on the inside.285 seems a bit small for a DT.

The NCAA Division 1 Manual says that there is a limit of 105 players that may participate in practice:

17.9.2.1.2 Limit on Number of Participants—Bowl Subdivision. [FBS] In bowl subdivision football, there shall be a limit of 105 student-athletes who may engage in practice activities prior to the institution's first day of classes or the institution’s first contest, whichever occurs earlier.

So given I DID post it was the SPRING roster, and we (duh) just signed THE REST of the '14 class:

1. Who's leaving? Are ALL sr's gone or:

2. Do any have eligibility left? Who's staying?

3. Any lower class gone?

4. We had more soph's & jr's than I thought, which will contribute?

5. What I'm trying to get at is what will our roster for next year be, given the 105 man limit, not just the depth chart.
