The 24 Hours of Le Mans...

...is proving that racing is still a dangerous sport. Two huge crashes today have marred the race, but luckily all drivers and spectators are ok. The first big crash narrowly missed hitting some photographers and other people behind a barrier, and the second crash was even worse but I haven't seen a good video angle of how bad the car was really torn up.

It is amazing how the Audi in the first crash stayed inside the barrier. Several people either needed to change underwear or should have. Could have been the second Le Mans tragedy.
