City are making a statement. Not sure what the hell United's problem is. Oh well. City are five points clear atop the league table.

What a damn joke. 5-1. Congrats, City. Bastages.

I can't figure out if City are that good or if we are playing that poorly. I tend to think it is a little bit of both.

City is good, no doubt. They're clearly coming together as a team instead a bunch of parts. It still remains to be seen if they can hold it together over the course of a whole season. So many headcases in that locker room...

Can't believe how terrible United's form is. Their defense was clearly piss-poor. Their midfield was just horrible at controlling the ball, and they didn't create many chances. Hopefully it's a wakeup call.

Not that you all did it.....

BUT this is karma biting United in the ass for talking so much **** about beating on Arsenal's reserve squad earlier in the year. At least you all had your full squad, but I think we all realize now that nobody can keep up with that $$$$$$.

Good post, and good points.

Many United fans put too much stock in the win over Arsenal. Arsenal were playing with a depleted roster. Also, I think many United fans may have taken this match for granted. City are a solid club. I just hope we can bounce back from this.

Godfatha is dead-on. Our form is piss-poor right now.

Anyone wanna tell me about the Johnny Evans red card? ESPN commentary said that changed the game and I didn't get to see it

Balotelli got behind Evans, and had a clear shot on goal, and Evans basically drug him down just shy of the box. It was a clear red card. Evans simply gave up on the play. He is good for one f&ck up a match.

Maybe I'm just used to Pep, but I would be very frustrated by SAF's tactics. He plays so many games conservatively, especially at home. So many times, his teams don't come out to win and it bites him in the ass, like today. It obviously works because the guy has so many trophies, but it sometimes backfires.

Not a good day. Boateng got redcarded for a push, which I thought was BS, and Bayern is down 2-0 to Hannover thanks to a penalty kick and an own-goal.

Hahahaha. Fair enough. You must have enjoyed the match this morning...

However, at least we will still be playing champ league ball next season :)

Don't let the people who were claiming Arsenal would be relegated hear you.

Who in the world was claiming that Arsenal would be relegated? They lost a couple games pretty bad early in the season, but it was pretty much their b-squad that was on the field. Over the past 5 years, the average number of points a team has needed to accumulate to avoid relegation is 36. The thought that Arsenal wasn't going to get that many is beyond laughable.

I'am a huge Arsenal fan and I feel it's going to be a long season. Even at full strength we didn't have a chance at Old Trafford. I'm really worried about being sent down this year. We get every team's best shot and they will love beating us while we're down. The defense stinks and there is no one to score ( besides # 10 ) and he is prone to injury. I do believe the core of young talent can get us back but it is going to take a year or two. I saw writing on wall when Nasri and Cesc wanted to leave. Hope I'm wrong but I got this bad feeling

.

They will not be relegated, but you might want to speak in the present.

I think Arsenal finishes around 7th at the end of the season, right where they are now...it'd take a giant collapse for one of the big four to fall from top flight football, even with a depleted squad
