After the weekend, the market should be robust. Yamamoto probably gets signed this week and then the dominos start to fall. Trading for Cease and signing Michael Wacha to a 2 year deal would be solid. A Strider/Fried/Cease/Wacha/Morton rotation would be good. Winans/Vines/Ynoa as your depth and then Waldrep/Anderson should be ready by July (I'm assuming Elder/AJSS/Grissom would be the package for Cease) in case of major injuries. You can with a World Series with that rotation.

Sign Harrison Bader or Michael A Taylor as your 4th OF and let's go.

This morning, ive convinced my self Montgommery is gonna be the play. We need a lefty to replace Max next year.

Didn’t Bowman shoot down Cease? We’ve made a half dozen trades with the White Sox. I assume if cease was “the” move then it would already be done.
