The extension he recently signed with the retention bonuses pays him $9m/year. To coach Ole Freaking Miss, where he only has to win 8 games a year.

Hell, even if they don't have that kind haul every year, he'd be better off staying. He makes about $1.5m more a year than Napier right now. Now, if he went to UF, he'd probably get some kind of slight raise, but would it be worth it? If he didn't have UF in an SEC title game within a couple of years they'd make his life miserable. In contrast, he's the man at OM.
