I’m probably just bitter because “Old guy who has been hurt is still old and might get hurt” is my first thought every morning when I get out of bed.

If they’d gone the traditional route, my guess it would only be about 5 minutes before opponents started referring to our stadium as the Truckstop.

The Pilot thing is my main point. The Haslams were probably going to give that 20 million regardless, but now that it's directed to sponsorship/NIL the schools have to find other ways to recoup money for other projects.

And yes I think it's dumb because this wasn't even close to the intention of NIL, and no 18 year old kid deserves the money being thrown around for playing a game.
