no, he just recently started it last year. he said it isn't fair that rich kids don't fight and poor ones do. his argument is that poor kids are pretty much forced to join because they are stupid and don't have the money for college. so in "Fairness" he wants rich kids to be drafted. he also thinks if rich kids are drafted then the war will end sooner.

he still has a 60's mentality. he is as pathetic as 85% of the dem leadership.

This thread title is extremely misleading. The thread's tone is that there is a bill, passed, and ready to sign for the President at 12:01 on January 20. Really, what it is saying that some guy from the House is proposing a bill, that has no support from either party's leadership.
