i listen online to wnsr in nashville and the animal in knoxville , it seems like wnsr is more objective and the animal seem to be big time homers , in your minds who has the beter sports talk ...... if theres some other stations that send a feed online could anyone let me know ..

Mickey Dearstone is HORRIBLE. He thinks his jokes are funny (which they are NOT), his commentary is usually pointless or nonsense, and he is a HUGE Lady Vol BB homer, even over other UT sports. Aside from him, I usually enjoy the Animal. Haven't heard much from WNSR.

Not to rant about MD, but did anyone catch his rant about video games the other day? He spent about 5 minutes making fun of them and talking about how "stupid" and "childish" it is to play games. Perfect depiction of what I don't like about MD. If it's not "HIS" thing, then it's not worth talking about or is somehow inferior.

I think he's just pissed because he knows he'd get killed by we younger folks in a game of Madden.

i like listening to bill king on 560 wnsr , he also hosts a show for rivals on sirrius satellite radio .....i also enjoy conference call

WNSR is better in the mornings and midday. I like Bill King, but he needs a co-host, badly. He gets on 20 minute rants about RS, even now. He also lets Small Mike and Gator Jay have as much airtime to bicker at each other as they want.

That stuff gets old.

It seemed during last season that Adams was willing to be scathing in his column, but when he was on the animal he would defend the coaching staff to the hilt. Anyone else notice that?

I'd reccommend this show too. They may be UT homers but they usually give credit where credit is due. They are also good about covering just about everything but Hockey.

I like Jeff Styles in the a.m., usually skip through the financial talk in the mid-morning, am doing something else when Rush Limbaugh comes on, and listen to Sports Talk during rush and happy hours.
